REPEAT POLICY

Students are welcome to attend any or all classes at any Southern California locations for 18 months after the first day of their initial paid enrollment. This benefits students who do not pass and would like to retake a part, as well as students who would like to take the exam one part at a time and those who want to take a section twice or take multiple sections at the same time.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

In accordance with guidelines determined by the Department of Consumer Affairs, the following policy applies to all students enrolling in Lambers CPA Review of California. Please note that any notification of withdrawal and any request for a refund must be made in writing.

If notice of cancellation is made prior to the first day of class, a full refund will be provided minus a $25/part cancellation fee.

If notice of cancellation is made after classes begin and prior to 60% of the course instruction occurring, a $25 per part cancellation fee will be charged and a pro rata amount will be refunded. As an example, if a student enrolls for the Full Course at $1795 and cancels after 5 classes, the student will be charged a $100 cancellation fee and entitled to $1538.58, based on 23 remaining classes at the time of cancellation. This will provide the student with $1438.58 total refund. Please note that charges are based on classes that have occurred, not attended. Also be aware that the initial four invitation classes are also included in any refund calculation as part of the paid enrollment period.
